Ta` Juli apartment is a nicely furnished one bedroom apartment situated on the second floor of a block of ten units served with a lift. This apartment is situated in a smart new residential area (known as Montvale Court), very central area in Marsascala.

On entering the apartment, one is welcomed in an airy kitchen/living/dining area which comes with a fully equipped kitchen, one double bedroom and a bathroom. A small balcony overlooks the street.

The living area comes with a comfortable sofa that can be turned into a bed to accommodate an extra guest.  The living area also includes a TV.

Ta` Juli apartment is fully air conditioned (pay per use).

The apartment is situated within a couple of minutes` walk of the Marsascala core village, restaurants and the spectacular Marsascala promenade and is ideal for a couple who wish to spend a tranquil holiday in comfortable surroundings. A bus stop is just two blocks` walk away from the apartment.

“Apartment George is very cozy. Appearance and housing facilities are consistent with the description. The apartment is equipped with a washing machine (I advise you to bring the capsule into the laundry), dishwasher (I advise you to bring some tablets for the dishwasher), towels, utensils for ongoing maintenance order: bucket, mop, lotions, brushes …, fully equipped kitchen, towels, liquid soap, adapter into an outlet in connection with a direct voltage, etc. the apartment has two air conditioners, one in the bedroom, the other in an open space constituting the living room + kitchen + dining room. This is a big convenience. The host delectable and very helpful. High comfort is included in the price by the host transport guests to and from the airport. Also I highly recommend renting a car from George. Kia Picanto – a small, comfortable, agile car, equipped with navigation and a very helpful mat hood. If you have questions about the apartment booking or on site at Marsaskala,George responds almost immediately. Our family stay in Marsaskala will be in our memories for a very long time, since Malta is an amazing place on earth and great memories are also thanks to the hospitality of George. ”

“This is perfect place for people who want to be in the quiet part of Malta. It is well connected with other cities (especially Valletta), and there are few beaches that are only few bus stops away. Apartment is clean and very well maintained with all working facilities. George himself is an excellent host who will give you some useful tips about the area, very friendly and always there if you have any additional questions. Strongly recommended!”

Host went above and beyond in every way- offered to collect us from the airport and left basics (including beer!) in the fridge.

Przemiły gospodarz zapewnił transport z i na lotnisko, mieszanie nowoczesne w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji blisko przystanku, sklepu i centrum miasta, a jednocześnie w spokojnym otoczeniu. W mieszkaniu było wszystko co potrzebne na wakacyjny pobyt. Klimatyzacja płatna, ale przy oszczędnym używaniu to w sumie kilka euro za pobyt.

Уютная квартира, все необходимое для проживания есть. Хозяин квартиры очень приятный и любезный, встретил и проводил в аэропорт на автомобиле.

Tener que pagar por el aire acondicionado. No es caro. Pero hubiese preferido que estuviese incluido.
El apartamento es muy bonito y moderno. Además tiene una barbacoa en la terraza que tiene vistas al puerto.

“Nice and clean little apartment close to shops, restaurants and the main bus station in Marsaskala. The flat is equipped with everything you need including a kitchen with pots and pans, a washing machine and enough space for two persons. George was helpful with everything we needed, gave us information on shops and restaurants close by and we could reach him anytime by mobile. Good place to start exploring the south of Malta and the three cities since busses are leaving frequently. Recommended!”

George was a very good host, communication ran smoothly. Location (Marsaskala) was quiet and sweet. Beautiful promenade. Many chances to swim and sunbath beside the bay. 20 minutes of walking by the promenade to the salt flats. 0,5-1 h to other cities by the bus. We had very nice vacation there. Would go back!

Quelques petites fournitures dans le réfrigérateur agréables pour une arrivée (bières et pain de mie, fromage, jambon et beurre dans le réfrigérateur). L’hôte s’est montré très disponible (arrivée tardive vers 20h30) et très agréable. La situation dans Marsaskala est confortable (environ 400m du port), les emplacements de parking sont dans la rue et se trouvent assez facilement (début mai) dans un environnement proche. Marsaskala est un petit port agréable et un bon point de départ pour des visites même assez lointaine dans l’île de Malte.”

“We had a very good time in Malta! The apartment looked exactly as shown in the pictures and everything we needed was provided. The kitchen was equipped very well and we loved cooking there. Also, it is close to a bus stop where we didn’t have to wait at any time for our bus to come and take us anywhere we wanted to go. Most importantly Cynthia welcomed us really nicely and gave us some good advice on what to visit and where to eat. She was very courteous and helpful! In sum, we were totally happy with the Airbnb and our stay in Malta!”
