T`Annamari` Townhouse comprises of a hall/sitting, dining and kitchen, bathroom and one double bedroom with air conditioning and laundry. The bedroom is furnished in shabby chic style furniture.

The roof consists of a deck area where guests can enjoy the sun and sunbath or enjoy the serenity of the evenings which this place has to offer. The roof area comes with a table and chairs as well as a BBQ.

T`Annamari` property is located in the core and much sought after area of the historical city of Cospicua and close to the Vittoriosa Waterfront. It is the ideal getaway for a romantic holiday which sets this little town house in the heart of Cospicua, one of the Three Cities, metres away from the bastions and 5 minutes’ walk from the promenade that practically joins the Three Cities. A shuttle ferry connects Cospicua to the capital city Valletta which is a patrimony of UNESCO World Heritage Centre.

The accommodation was expertly converted for the couple who’s looking to make their holiday in Malta an unforgettable romantic experience, immersed in history, yet surrounded by the lively urban lifestyle, away from the hustle and bustle of the overcrowded touristic areas.

“Delightful wee place for those who like to blend in with locals. The house itself has a classy/romantic vibe (if travelling in two it may be a perfect opportunity for you to express/explore some romance). There is an open space on top of the roof (slightly sheltered from the neighbours` eyes) where you can either enjoy the sun day time or have romantic dinner at night. We have never had the chance to meet George, but Cynthia and her wee daughter Julie. Very welcome personality also knowledgeable about the surroundings, Cynthia will give you lots of information and tips. There is a lot to explore around.. and Bormla or Riche bus stop are within rabbit jump from the house, with links to Valletta and other touristic areas. Also down the water front there is ferry that goes to Valletta every 30 min and if you miss it and still want to cross the water, no worries, there is individual boatsmen that will take you on the other side for only €2. Go curious, have comfi shoes and always a bottle of water with you, the heat takes over the place this time of the year.”

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und entspricht den Bildern. From wir spät nachts ankamen, hatten wir sogar eine Kleinigkeit zu Essen im Kühlschrank. Tolle Dachterrasse für den Abend. Tagsüber ist es etwas zu heiß und sonnig – zumindest im Sommer. Wie können die Unterkunft empfehlen.

“This is a great townhouse in a very nice area. The harbour where you can get a ferry to Valletta is only about 5min walk. The property is stylish and has a decent sized area. It was enough for 3 of us as the living room has a sofa bed. A nice walk-in shower in a spaced out bathroom with a well lit modern WC suite was good. Occasionally we had breakfast on the roof terrace which is nice and quiet. There is free parking within a two min walk.”

“Uns hat es sehr gut bei Georg und Cynthia gefallen. Die Unterkunft entspricht den Bildern – ist in echt sogar ein wenig schöner. Auf der Dachterrasse kann man eine schöne Zeit verbringen, wenn man mal gerade keine Lust hat, die Wohnung zu verlassen. Im Schlafzimmer gibt es außerdem eine Klimaanlage die für einen kleinen Centbetrag pro kWh genutzt werden kann. Wir, im August, haben sie auf jeden Fall gebraucht! Diese Unterkunft lohnt sich für alle, die keine Lust auf viele Touristen haben, denn man ist mitten unter den Maltesern. Mit dem Bus oder der Fähre ist man schnell in Valletta. Aber es ist es auch Wert, die Three Cities genauer anzusehen. Um an den Norden der Insel zu kommen sollte man jedoch viel Zeit einplanen, da die Busse in Malta nicht immer zuverlässig sind. Uns hat es jedoch in der Gegend um die Unterkunft herum sowieso viel besser gefallen. Da unser Flugzeug sehr früh morgens in Malta ankam, haben wir den Shuttle Service von Cynthia und George in Anspruch genommen. Dieser hat einwandfrei geklappt und wir konnten sogar direkt einchecken – weit vor 15 Uhr. Cynthia hat uns dann viele Informationen rund um Malta geben können und so konnten wir in unseren Urlaub starten. Ein kleine Anmerkung: da die Unterkunft bei den Einheimischen ist, bekommt man auch deren Leben mit. Es kann morgens gerne mal ein wenig lauter werde. Wer also einen leichten Schlaf hat oder sehr empfindlich ist, sollte sicherheitshalber Ohrstöpsel mit nehmen. Auch der Kontakt zu Cynthia und George verlief problemlos und schnell. Wir kommen gerne wieder!”

Nous avons adoré l’appartement, très propre et de bon goût. Équipement de base pour cuisiner. Très bien situé. Bon à savoir, beaucoup de marches à monter et descendre pour se rendre dans la ville, pas pour personne à mobilité réduite,aucune voiture et taxi peuvent se rendre jusqu’à la porte à cause de la situation dans une petite ruelle mais tellement charmante avec la proximité des voisins qui nous saluait gentiment. Arrête de bus à proximité. Georges et sa femme sont de bons hôtes et offre le transport et nous aident à porter nos valises jusqu’à l’appartement. Nous ont fait faire un petit tour de ville en voiture en arrivant qui fût apprécié. Chauffage dans la chambre seulement donc fin novembre, un peu froid dans les autres pièce mais qui doit être un avantage pendant la saison plus chaude.”

“My husband and I had a great first time experience in Malta. The apartment is extremely comfortable, spacious, clean and has more than enough amenities for self catering. The location is right near Birgu harbour, 5mins walk to the ferry to take you to Valletta (5mins on the ferry) or if you’d prefer to get the bus 2mins walk (20-30mins). There are also lots of bars and restaurants on your doorstep. Thanks again George for your hospitality!

Die Unterkunft war ausgesprochen sauber. Der Standort zentral zu den „Three Cities“. Nur 15 Minuten mit dem Auto liegt der Flughafen. Die Gastgeberin hat uns hilfreiches Infomaterial zu Malta und Umgebung mitgebracht.

We stayed at George and Cynthia’s lovely townhouse in the three cities for a couple of weeks as we had work to do in Malta. The place has everything you need and more and it’s ideal to relax in. It’s in a very quiet spot. We used the terrace nearly every day, whether it was to do some yoga or to have a sunset drink. George and Cynthia were very accomodating and we can’t wait to be back! Thank you both for a great stay.

Die Wohnung war sehr schön. Die Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten ein Mietauto, von daher haben wir hier gebucht da es hieß es gäbe einen privaten Stellplatz. Das war für uns absolutes Buchungskriterium. Hier gibt es keinen privaten Stellplatz!!! Man kann in der Nähe an verschiedenen Straßen parken. Uns ist in 5 Tagen 2 Mal das Auto auf dem Parkplatz angefahren worden mit Fahrerflucht, da es in diesem Gebiet auch keine Kameras gibt. Für uns wäre diese Information wichtig gewesen, da wir sonst nicht hier gebucht hätten.

Lovely place in Cospicua! Good connection to public transport and to the three cities Valetta ferry. The communication with George and his wife Cynthia was easy and they had some helpful tips for us. The apartment is furnished very nicely with lovely details. Would definitely come back:)

Highly recommend this place! Beautiful and adorable location, friendly atmosphere. The place is clean, well equipped and the private rooftop is just perfect for the evenings.

Very kind and very responsive. we were very happy to stay over in T`Annamari! The AC was also a very much needed addition and allowed us to sleep very well in the Maltese heat.

Es cierto que tiene aire acondicionado, imprescindible en Malta en verano, pero su uso se cobra aparte. En el piso hace un calor sofocante. Además tuvimos que pagar también un impuesto del que no habíamos sido informados hasta nuestra llegada al apartamento. Está bien localizado, pero es una zona peatonal a la que no puedes acceder con coche y en la que resulta casi imposible aparcar. Por otro lado está todo muy limpio y es cómodo porque está bien equipado en general. La comunicación era sencilla y la persona de contacto muy amable.

Nice location and really beautiful flat with a big rooftop terrace to enjoy the evenings. Short walking times to the ferry to Valetta and nice restaurants for dinner nearby as well.

Great value little townhouse with elegant touches and a nice roof terrace. We used it as a base to explore and visited Fort St Angelo Tarxien Temples and the Hypogeum – the latter two easily accessible by bus. We also took the ferry across to Valetta, which is easy to get to from the townhouse. There are lots of restaurants within walking distance – our favourite is San Giorgio. There is a mini-market up the road ( ask George) and there are vans selling fruit and veg. George was great and picked us up from the Gozo fast ferry to take us to the apartment with our bags! We also used his taxi service to take us to our next location when we checked out. We used the cooker and the washing machine as well as the air conditioning. ( there is a charge for the aircon but it was only 5 euros for three days use) The apartment was clean and the WiFi worked well.

Beautiful, tastefully designed and well-equipped apartment in a great location to explore the three cities and Valletta. Close to bus stops for travel all over the island and near the harbour for access to ferries and transitional boats. Fantastic communication and a great check-in with lovely hosts. Required a little searching for local convenience stores but great local markets nearby. The roof terrace is a huge bonus for romantic meals and relaxation. I would highly recommend this stay.

Real-life Maltese experience in the back streets of Cospicua. Comfortable bed with good kitchen and bathroom. Locals friendly, bus stop 2 minutes away and the 3 Cities ferry across to Valletta very easy to use with frequent sailings. Connecting bus to take you to the Sliema ferry was seamless and of very good value.

Cynthia did the airport run €20, making it easier to get to the house. She is very responsive during our stay. The house itself is tucked away, the interior has its own characters, a comfortable bed. close to ferry that across to Valletta-we did not use it due to rain there was no service. We are light sleepers the electricity box buzzing in the evening outside the house after the rain kept us awake, other than that, all good, All in all pleasant stay. Thanks.

The apartment is well located and decorated. Right in the middle of the three cities and close to the ferry to Valletta. The mattress is very comfortable. Sometimes you get the impression that the neighbourhood is sharing the apartment with you…. However, everything was very quiet during the night.
