Ta’ Rosi apartment is a modern three-bedroom penthouse served with lift and two terraces overlooking breathtaking country and sea views. This property is ideal for those who wish to enjoy a tranquil and peaceful holiday in a beautifully decorated apartment.

The apartment opens to an airy kitchen and spacious living area. The kitchen comes with the following appliances: washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, electric oven, gas hob, toaster, electric kettle and coffee maker.  The kitchen is equipped with all the amenities in order to cook delicious meals while on holiday.  Furthermore, the kitchen accommodates a sizeable table which seats six persons. The kitchen opens up to a living area which hosts a cable TV, DVD and two sofas: a three-seater and the second a two-seater sofa. The sofas face a 20 feet glass door which overlooks open country views. The kitchen and the living area are air-conditioned.  The living area opens to a large terrace which comes complete with garden furniture including a BBQ, wooden table and 4 chairs as well as two sun lounges.  The terrace is ideal for grilling some meat while watching the sunset, enjoying a fresh glass of wine or simply stargazing.

The double bedroom is complete with a spacious wardrobe and a six-drawer cupboard. The double bedroom also comes with air conditioning, hairdryer and ironing facilities.  The second bedroom is made up of two single bunk beds (also suitable for children) as well as ample storage space for all travelling gear. This bedroom is also air-conditioned. A third bedroom accommodates a single bed. Bed linen comes at no additional cost and depending on the duration of the stay, fresh linen will be provided.

Adjacent to the small bedroom is a small shower which also comes up with sink/ toilet facilities.  The living area also walks into a spacious bathroom area which consists of a sizeable bath, sink and toilet amenities.  

Families travelling with young children will, upon request, be provided with baby cot, high chair and the necessary linen.

L appartement correspond à la description. Il est calme, bien situé et avec deux terrasses agréables avec vue sur le port. Il est aussi bien équipé. Il est à 10 minutes à pied de tout. George a été un hôte très accueillant et disponible. Nous avons pu lui louer une voiture ce qui nous a permis de gagner du temps. Nous recommandons cet appartement.

We are happy to have chosen Marsaskala as our place to stay in Malta, as it is a nice and peaceful city, there are no crowds of tourists, and one can easily reach the top destinations (we rented a car, it was a way easier to get around). The apartment is spacious, cosy and in perfect condition, the panorama on both sides is amazing. George is very friendly and helpful, a good host. We definitely recommend the Ta’Rosi apartment to everyone!

We stayed at the Ta’Rosi Appartment for one week and we found it had everything we needed and was such a lovely place. Fantastic views from both balcony’s and the one at the front was excellent for sunbathing. The owner was great and very helpful and picked us up and dropped us back off at the airport, brilliant service. Would highly recommend this. We will certainly be going again.

A lovely apartment which was perfect for our stay with a 2 and almost 4 year old. Parking can be a little tricky but don’t let this put you off as it never caused us massive problems and the pros out weigh the cons by a mile. Well equipped apartment and we couldn’t have asked for George to be more helpful. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Thank you.

Apartment was clean, comfortable and well placed for the town activities. Plenty of friendly places to eat at a leisurely pace whist viewing the harbour front. The owner was friendly and very helpful. We couldn’t ask for more.

Enjoyed our holiday. George was extremely helpful, picked us up from the airport and dropped us off at the end of our stay. Provided a welcome pack which we appreciated as arrived after local shop had shut. The Apartment is up a very steep street so would not suit those with mobility problems. We walked to St Thomas bay- very pretty and an easy 20 minute stroll. Also went to Valletta using the bus service €2, so great value. We ate at restaurants just off the main area and these were very quiet but we got good service and value. It is a quiet fishing village so don’t expect much re nightlife but that suited us. Nice apartment and definitely worth a visit here.

The apartment is very well equipped with everything you need for a self catering holiday, situated on a quiet, residential road. It is beautifully decorated and furnished. The lovely terrace is large with two loungers, a barbecue and a large outdoor dining table and chairs. We particularly enjoyed watching the sunsets and the many firework displays from there. The full width sliding doors ensure the same view from inside and, when open, allow a lovely breeze through the apartment. I would point out that it is a steep walk uphill to get to the apartment which would be difficult if you had mobility problems. George could not have been more helpful. Before our stay he answered all my questions quickly and fully. He collected us at the airport on arrival and returned us to the airport for departure. He was always available by email or mobile during our stay. He arranged car hire for us , including sat nav which was invaluable. Marsaskala is a pretty town with many nice restaurants lining the harbour and a lovely promenade from where you can view the salt flats and swim from the rocks. There is a good bus service to Valletta and to Marsaxlokk which are both well worth visiting.

Das Apartmenthaus liegt sehr schön und ruhig auf einem Hügel über der Bucht von Marsaskala. Bis zum Hafen/Zentrum/Bus sind es nur wenige Gehminuten. Das Haus verfügt über einen Aufzug und wirkt hochwertig. Auf der Landseite erlaubt die große Dachterrasse eine weite Aussicht Richtung Valetta, mit etwas Glück kann man eins der häufigen Feuerwerke sehen. Aus dem Küchenfenster und vom kleineren Balkon auf der Meerseite gibt es einen tollen, nur partiell verbauten Blick auf die Bucht von Marsaskala und die St. Thomas Bay. Erwähnenswert ist auch der Vermieter: George ist sehr sympathisch und hilfsbereit!

“My boyfriend and me had a really nice stay at George’s place. We had a very nice welcome and it was very nice and thoughtful of George to put a big water, beer and soda in the fridge as well as two bags of chips. The apartment is very bright with a huge window to the main balcony (with bqq) and on the other side of the apartment a balcony with sea view. We had a lovely time here and would highly recommend this place. Also it was really nice that we could choose our check out time as there were no new guests on our check out day.. so we actually stayed until 6 pm.”

Very bright apartment with stunning views and terrace with BBQ (we used it everyday). 5 min by feet to the sea. George was very friendly and replaced BBQ to brand new one and toaster too!

For us, the lift and basement parking was a Godsend. George De Bono and his wife were excellent hosts, made us very welcome. The view from the spacious balcony is amazing, especially the sunsets! We hired a car from him which was well maintained and clean. We will definitely be booking again with George. Thank you.

“Very nice apartment with nice views. George was really helpful and kind and supported us with everything we needed. Also he had to wait until 10pm to welcome us, as our flight was delayed, wasn`t a problem at all. There was even some food and water (and beer) ready for us, so we didn`t have do care to go to the grocery store straight away. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed, beds are comfortable etc. Ideal for familiys and couples.”

The apartment is spacious, clean with beautiful views. The owners were very accommodating in all aspects of our stay, from the airport pickup to the car hire. (thank you Cynthia). Marsascala is still a lovely place to stay. The only small downsize was the few English speaking TV channels and the steep hill to a access the apartment (but you can hire a car with the owners that cancels this out).

Absolutely lovely place and a great host

About the location: 10 minutes walk to the promenade of Marsaskala. We can recommend the restaurant 47 summernights, the Indian location and the „stuffed olive“. small supermarkets are within walking distance. The accommodation: 2 terraces, one east and one west for beautiful sunrises and sunsets. In the apartment, nothing is missing. everything great. Cynthia welcomed and said goodbye.
