In the last three years, Azure Bay Holidays has taken another step forward and embarked into offering property management services. This was catalysed by the prevalent boom in the property market in Malta.
Azure Bay Holidays offers a range of services tailored around the needs of its customers but predominantly, these include:
- Marketing of the Property;
- Corresponding with prospective tenants before, during and after their departure;
- Screening of prospective tenants;
- Receiving bookings;
- Collecting rent from tenants;
- Organizing airport transfers;
- Be available/ be on call to tenants during their accommodation;
- Prepare itemised statements of the Property as well as monthly balances;
- Taking care to ensure that tenants are provided with essential items for their rental holiday accommodation (eg linen, towels, toiletries, welcome packs) etc;
- Engaging cleaning services;
- Facilitating the payment of utility services; and
- Taking care of any property maintenance which may be required.
We also offer to handle the process to apply for a licence with the Malta Tourism Authority with respect to renting out of holiday apartments for short lets including the compilation, submission and follow up of such application.
